As usual I will be away over Christmas. For all intents and purposes consider me away from this moment on. I may peek again into the forum later today, but I am unlikely to get any more work done.

I expect to be back Friday-ish. If there is the need for an emergency merge, scrawl can handle it. Everything else can wait. I expect to see a nice collection of open pull requests when I return.
