Is someone going to post the release announcement to websites (ogre, bullet, reddit, freegamer, etc)? I can fill in if the PR lead is unavailable.

Correct me, if I am wrong, but I don't think we actually have anyone who is doing this task right now. According to our outreach page, there has been no updated since 0.27 and most sites haven't been updated for much longer.

I post on overclock.net and the steam group. Both of which have had v0.29.0 posts. I do not always remember to update the outreach page. I suspect some others do not as well. But the Bethesda Morrowind Mods forum has not had an update for the current version as far as I can see.

Yeah, weirdsexy's right. Many of the pages have been updated. Is there a master list of passwords and usernames? Also, are there special permissions users need to edit the wiki? That's a simple enough task for me to update.

As I mentioned earlier, dialog topics are still broken in russian Morrowind. :( Previous versions works fine.

Do we have a bug report on the tracker for that? If not, you should add one. Bugs and in particular bugs that aren't visible for the majority of the developers tend to get lost here on the forum.
