SourceForge Description

Post by nwah »

The description on SourceForge has some inaccuracies.
OpenMW is an attempt to make a cross platform reimplementation of the game Morrowind using open source tools. It is written in C++ and uses Ogre3d for graphics, OpenAL for audio, MYGUI, OIS, and Bullet for physics. You must own Morrowind to use OpenMW. Homepage: http://openmw.org/
OpenMW is a reimplementation of the game *engine* for Morrowind. It no longer uses OIS. And Morrowind is not required if you use the example suite.
