Anything related to PR, release planning and any other non-technical idea how to move the project forward should be discussed here.

Windows builds:

32-bit
64-bit

I checked both, and they have been built with RTTI. Though how that error could possibly happen is beyond me, I mean it's not like you can accidentally throw away the RTTI data from an executable.

Yeah. He technically has a torch equipped so he's playing the torch-holding animation, but it's not rendered (because there's issues with it being offset incorrectly). The AI will need to be improved so that NPCs will only equip torches when appropriate.

I have a regression to report about 2 mods.

Vvardenfell Visages Volume I (http://mw.modhistory.com/download-87-11530). With OpenMW 0.23 all the heads and hairs are visible. After 0.24 I have these errors messages and these hairs don´t are visible anymore.
Error in framelistener: Invalid NIF record lookup (meshes\b\b_n_breton_f_hair_01.nif, index 0)
Error in framelistener: Invalid NIF record lookup (meshes\b\b_n_nord_m_hair00.nif, index 0)
Error in framelistener: Invalid NIF record lookup (meshes\b\b_n_wood elf_f_hair_04.nif, index 0)

Maormer race by Mac Kom works with a little all black hair in the male version with 0.23. But since 0.24 all the heads are detached and way up it´s bodies.

OpenMW 0.25 is now in the ovens over at launchpad.

For every release >= Saucy (13.10) : no static libs, everything is being pulled directly from Ubuntu's repo
For every release <= Raring (13.04) : static ogre, mygui and sdl2
