Former Project Manager
I was wondering what happened to Nicolay Korslund. Does he plan on returning to OpenMW in the future? Is there a thread I could read about his decision to stop developing the engine or was his absence sudden and unexplained? It's too bad losing a project lead. I hope he's doing well, he started something awesome.

I can't say, my memory is not that good. But it's around 1,5 year from now.
Re: Former Project Manager
I think it was more like 7 or 8 months ago. He literally disappeared off the internet, I hope he is well, but we have no way of knowing...

Well, no. Zini is boss since time around christmas when It started to be clear that nico won't come back anytime soon. Nico stopped giving live sings few months before that.
Re: Former Project Manager
I would like to know what happened to Nico too. He has a Google+ here so that means he did not completely disappear off the web. His twitter is inactive and seems to have automatically tweeted news topics from the old forum, including spam threads.
I have found an adress so we could go visit him

Corristo's name is also Nicolay, but I don't think they are the same people, as his patriarchal name doesn't appear to be Korslund.
Anyways, I think Nicolay Korslund is working on an indie game distribution platform called Tiggit. website: http://tiggit.net/
I found this out by doing some Google snooping.

Nice find!
I'm going to Norway this May. I might drop by to say hi to Nico when I'm there
