I'm trying to add more spells to NPCs so I can buy them, I cannot seem to get it working. I can add items to their inventory and it works just fine, but when I change their spells, there is no change in the spells they have for sale in game. Am I not looking in the right place?

I don't see any problem with this.

You probably need to start a new game for it to take effect.
