0.35.1 First Run

Had problems with 0.35.0 doing this same thing. I couldn't get 0.35.0 to launch the game at all, so I thought I'd give the maintenance release a try.

First thing I did was run the wizard. When that was complete I opened the Launcher. Which told me to run the wizard...
I assume it doesn't get flagged as being run once if you run the wizard before the launcher?

Anyway, I am able to run the game now so that's a plus. I just found the running in circles with the launcher a bit odd.
