I can't seem to interact with Netch corpses

For some reason interacting with a netch corpse in my game doesn't bring up the prompt to search it's inventory.


I'm assuming this has already been reported on the bug tracker but I'm curious if anyone else has noticed it

This is the same problem as with cliff racers I think which is a reported bug.

If I remember correctly OpenMW code has the fix already but is waiting for an Ogre update to complete the fix.

As a temporary workaround, at least with cliffracers, if you walk into the corpse and look up you can usually loot it.

Why would you kill netches in the first place anyway :(

Yup, this is a known bug (https://bugs.openmw.org/issues/827). Jumping and looking up should work to get into the looting window, but it can be quite annoying at times

I always like to kill Netches when I play as a Marksman related character. They're such a huge target and tend to go down fairly easily.
