How the heck did whoever make this site, make this forum design? Is it wordpress? I noticed i got a email when i registered it was wordpress. Im new to wordpress and im making a webblog as well with a forum and i really like how you all have this one set up like this. Ive seen something similar on a games forums and it looks almost identical with a few minor differences.. Did whoever make this site customize the original wordpress forum?

The website is wordpress, the forum is phpBB. I made the website theme, but the forum theme is by Daniel Exe.
