IRC channel: wrong OpenMW version in topic

IRC channel: wrong OpenMW version in topic

On the freenode openmw channel the topic names "0.32" as the latest release instead of "0.33" (or 0.33.1?). I'm mentioning this here, since the topic is set by Lgro, who doesn't seem to be on the IRC-channel at the moment.
