I remember this quest being totally buggy in vanilla Morrowind. This of course doesn't exclude that OpenMW might be at fault.

Barilzar's mazed band bug (and I believe the Bloodmoon wolf summon bug) is the work of a faulty mod. Someone didn't clean their .esp.

I am unsure about CC BY SA right now. The reason being is that you have to use the asset as it is and not modify. I suppose it's alright in theory if you never intend to touch it. Is it okay to convert a CC BY SA file into another format?

And yeah, CC0 is good.

Why is nif a waste? From what I have read, nifs are made so that they can be directly be loaded into the engine.
