Right, small update here. Now this seems to work for me and Im very confused. The quotes around the graphic herbalism mod were added without me knowing it. Since I came on this by accident I tried to add another mod with and that worked as well. So now, both with and without quotes like this: data=/...

I've tested the unarmored to endurance when leveling up and it worked perfectly. So it's up to someone better than me to look for what might went wrong.

I just quickly tested this with a new character and for me it does work as intended. The right governing attributes are leveled up.
What does it say if you mouse over them? Are the tooltips changed or not?
