Balmora Stronghold For OpenMW
I wanted to let you all know that I submitted my tweaked version of Balmora Stronghold to the original author Lazz, who included it on his Nexus page. In OpenMW, there were roots floating in mid-air and several other anomalies, which have now been corrected. The OpenMW version is located under optio...

Re: followers stuck in areas I got them in
Another possibility might be an issue with meshes & collisions. I've came across several mods where the meshes would allow the Player, NPC or Creatures to fall right though, disappearing from view. Some mesh replacer (UV) mods also have this issue.

Re: What are the "Static" options for in CMake?
Just checked the generic Linux .41 build and you're right. It appears the libs are dynamically linked there. I thought I had seen an example of openmw with static libs. Meh, must have been another package I was thinking of. What is done in the case where the distro doesn't provide the proper version...

Re: What are the "Static" options for in CMake?
Afaik, public releases are static, so as to avoid all the different versions of libs that might be encountered on a given OS. Compiling your own is the way go. It allows you to stay current between releases when there major updates to the master, such as with Distant Terrain. ;) Looks like you're on...

Re: followers stuck in areas I got them in
Could the follower be running off after an enemy? I had a follower do that once and I came back across them several months later. I was shocked when they came running up to me. I almost killed them.

Re: Lysol's normal mapped texture packs
Imperial (currently at version 1.0) I really like the Imperial Normal Maps. All of your maps look great, but this one is especially good! Along with Guar Skin Banners, these are a permanent addition to my collection of openmw graphics overhaul mods. Thanks for releasing these. "Might do" ...

Re: Difficulty getting a .esp-less replacer mod to work
I also play from the couch. Never got "font mods" to work properly so I increased the GUI scaling in settings.cfg: [GUI] # Scales GUI window and widget size. (<1.0 is smaller, >1.0 is larger). scaling factor = 1.2 menu transparency = 0.836984 stretch menu background = true Then I dropped P...

Re: OpenMW 0.42.0
Thanks for the video, Atahualpa. Now I'm noticing all the nice feature updates in the new version.
Since I just compiled from GIT master, I suppose I have the new stuff slated for 0.43.0 too.

Re: Woo-hoo, distant terrain is in the master.
Recompiled with the OSG fork on my newly updated box and a freshly installed Fedora 26. OpenMW with distant terrain is running smooth now. Love being able to see what's up ahead of me.
