Re: UCNature Shiny rocks, ore deposits
You can install this: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45140 I'm using that, just tried dropping it in on top of UCnature, no change Rock to the left of the cursor shows the problem as good as a picture can, https://ibb.co/mWewvL I stuck as close as I could to the recommended list barring M...

UCNature Shiny rocks, ore deposits
The ore pockets themselves are fine but the rock material is shiny, narrowed the problem down to meshes/Ore/Mo or at least removing that trades the shiny problem for giant yellow trouble blocks. There's no NiSourceTextureEffect so I tried removing the texture source for the rock bit but that made ev...

Re: data folder order causing physics stutter
It is hard to tell something without hardware specs and profiler output. If you use a slow GPU (an integral Intel one, for example) there is a possibility that it just is not fast enough to handle normal maps. playing with a 7700k and an rx560, msi afterburner doesn't show signs that the gpu is eve...

data folder order causing physics stutter
I'm not sure how to find the exact source of the problem, but as long as Vanilla remastered is plugged in I'll get major hitching every few seconds. Without it I have buttery smooth play. I used the 1k textures with the combined maps mentioned in the usage notes.... messed with the data file order a...

On the modding-openmw.com site the netch bump mapped mod https://modding-openmw.com/mods/netch-bump-mapped/ says it requires mesh editswith nifskope, there's 8 different NiTextureEffects that all point to textures\tx_creature_netch_ref.dds which doesn't fit with the guides at https://openmw.readthed...

Re: openmw.cfg issue
Can you post a before and after of an openmw.cfg which gets ruined? I ended up wiping everything to start over because that sounded like the best idea for the situation, if I recreate the issue I'll come back with hard info. As for my backup data I'm gonna do recurrent backups with one being extern...

openmw.cfg issue
Before I get started, using openmw 0.44.0, windows 10. Trying to set things up, but for some reason my openmw.cfg file seems to randomly be deleting stuff that I've put in it. The first time I wrote it off as I must've failed to save, the second time after going back and completely rewriting it I ma...

Mods unavailable for download
In the recommended mods list #8 mesh improvements optimized, #87 Unification Compilation: Armory, and #125 Unification Compilation: Nature are unavailable at their fliggerty pages. Does anyone know anywhere that these can be found or maybe a copy of the file that can be shared?
