Re: Asset Update to Ogre3D Discussion Thread

By the way, if you need some support for this I really recommend creating a thread on the Bethsoft forums and sharing some example models to show people this is really happening. Although many people visit both the Bethsoft forums and these, not everyone does, so you may find some new modelers.

Do I need to go show package contents? Resources?
Go to the default, vanilla Morrowind installation. There you'll find the Data folder. Install the mods there, tick them in the OpenMW launcher.

Builds have been done for a while, and haven't heard of any issues.
No issues to report on the 64 bit build, been playing on it for around 8 hours.

Re: Windows saves compatibility/convert?

At the moment, there doesn't seem to be any way, no. However, if someone wants to/can, I figure it may be possible to convert the saves in the future.

Re: Low FPS OpenMW

Speaking about no having the videos, I have a CD copy of Morrowind that I install with. It's the game of the year edition. When I install the game and the two expansions (in the proper order), then install OpenMW, everything seems to work fine. Everything except for videos, that is. I simply don't s...

I'm guessing due to the smaller file size of jpegs which led to easier distribution across the web. Most places would rather sacrifice quality for bandwidth and hard drive space.
