Vanilla game averages about 90 FPS for me and never drops below 60 FPS with 8x MSAA on a 970. The performance increase is massive, even this early on. Great job scrawl!

supposedly there was the ability to pipe to external programs in MWSE, and there was a talk once about making it so you could interface with another and then, in your game there would be an NPC that followed the controls of a dif player and hence multiplayer. Ex-Starbreeze guys (think Butcher Bay, not Syndicate) are working on this so it's probably going to turn out great.

The ability to remove spells is already in vanilla Morrowind; you can remove spells by holding shift and clicking the desired spell. It was also very easy to create a customized list using custom spells by taking advantage of the sorting system (such as, 1Restore Fatigue, 1Restore Stamina, 2Poison, ...
