equipping items would be a problem with mods that make items unable to unequip (cursed). I don't know if this is very common, but it does exist

I have a request that unlike morrowind, openMW allows for swimming at higher ground. Talking specifically about exterior cells. the morrowind way is that even when you find water above the water "line" it never lets the player or NPCs swim. Realistically, there are lakes found in mountains...
