Re: I made a game.
Also, were you recording skills in the token boxes? If so, I need to fix up the character sheet: I don't track origin on the skills on the front page, but I do on the tokens because they include duty abilities which could be lost if a character switches duty. No, I was just putting letters in the n...

Re: I made a game.
I love D&D 5th Edition deep down in my cold barren heart, and I was inspired by their bleed-out mechanic This just shows me how out-of-touch I am when it comes to D&D. I've only played 2nd and 3rd edition, and it's been well over a decade, so I'm downright shocked that there's a bleedout me...

Re: I made a game.
After reading through the material (except the social interactions part), I have some feedback. After reading the Resolution Actions section, I understand somewhat how they work in terms of game mechanics, but I don't really know what kind of actions these entail. After reading the combat section, I...

Re: I made a game.
Regarding your licensing concerns about CC-By, it sounds like you're talking about the anti-DRM provisions. If you want to avoid being bound by that, the OGA-By license allows the content to be used with DRM, but is otherwise identical (and compatible) with CC-By. http://opengameart.org/content/oga-...

Re: Creating a new IP
I made some changes to the characters/storyline and factions sections to make it more clear what roles they play. Nothing major, but hopefully it'll seem less like "factions for the sake of factions". I came across this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=89&v=Mj0eIS7fRec Coul...

Re: Creating a new IP
Just a general disclaimer: don't let any potential snark or irreverence lead you to think that I'm dismissing your feedback. I don't think it will, but just in case. ;) Hey, that's my job! https://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3159 Tee-hee :D The story is kind of bland, though. As far as ...

Creating a new IP
It's occurred to me that OMW could use its own setting for TC purposes, so I've spent the last two days creating a new IP for y'all, with the intention that it will be able to incorporate a lot of the assets I've gathered and created recently. This isn't one of the settings I've had growing in the b...

Re: OpenInfinityEngine
I'm sure I don't have my old Baldur's Gate CDs lying around anywhere (I've moved about 20 times since then) but for native Linux support I'd gladly repurchase. Lately I've been getting my fix with Spiderweb Software's games (it doesn't matter which), but it's just not the same as a good BioWare expe...

No game specific functionality is pushed and the code will not build as-is. ... I have not upload a license yet, there are still some details to work out.
