Re: Start movie
Good to know we are not restricted in format, but how do I get my movie to show instead of bethesda logo.bik for example. I know I can rename my file and replace the file in data/movies if I can get it into .bik format but how do I alter which movies are called? This may be a missing piece of the cs...

Start movie
Just made a start movie to replace either the Bethesda or ms logo movies. Currently it is an avi file as Rad video tools through wine does not seem to work well. Are we limited to using Bink and are the file names hardcoded?

Re: The new FAQ video(s)
Maybe I am missing something here, but if you are answering the questions in the first post, and adding any more, what is the point of making video's of them? The list of FAQ's and answers can live on the wiki and in the documentation and updating is just a matter of text editing.

I was using missed as in they were not completed before tagging, I did not mean to imply that anyone made an error.

Re: Water missing in OMW-CS
There is a git package on Arch, and it works OK, so I now have water in cs and a few other features that missed the 40 release.psi29a wrote:
There are no git packages, just the git repo that you build yourself or use one of the daily builds.

Thanks a lot, it explains things then. Looks like I might need to switch to the git package.

Water missing in OMW-CS
I have never had a problem with water in MW or in the example suite when playing. I have never seen water in the cs though. I just assumed it was one of the things that is not yet implemented. This week I noticed in one of the cs video's that water is implemented as d2d pointed out that disabling te...

Re: How Does One Move A Cell From One Location To Another?
Also note if you are following the vanilla tutorials, which explain how to set up coordinates for teleport, they add door markers to orient your character and place then in front of the door, CS does not have door markers yet which makes the adding of teleport doors more complicated.

Re: Importing Daniel74 or hreikin's assets
Scaled it by 70 in blender, still slightly to small. Probably needs to be 75 or 80 to get the doors the right height. I was going to post a screenshot but some prudes object to seeing naked elf butts. The only problems I see is getting the scale right and his models are designed to sit on flat groun...
