Try running the program as an administrator.
If that doesn't work, try moving all of your Morrowind related files and the OpenMW program to a directory that isn't locked to administrator privileges, such as "Documents."

I would be including both the Windows and Linux 64-bit binaries in that release then ( I'm not sure if anyone needs 32-bit? ).
