Raspbian Jessie, most up to date version.
I know there are problems with OpenMW and Debian/Raspberry Pis, but I have created exceptions in my preferences to allow it to download required packages in the form of a preferences file in /etc/apt/

Just tried that, doesn't seem to have helped at all. Oh dear. I'm not sure, I'm not a dev or anything. Try running the program as an administrator.
If that doesn't work, try moving all of your Morrowind related files and the OpenMW program to a directory that isn't locked to administrator privileges, such as "Documents."

I would be including both the Windows and Linux 64-bit binaries in that release then ( I'm not sure if anyone needs 32-bit? ). I don't think it makes it look "realistic" if that's what you're going for, but it looks alright nonetheless.
