Updated the shipped LuaJit library to version 2.1.0-beta3 and the SDL2 library to version 2.24.0.

How can OSG be build with double precision? It is supposed to be by default, but our OSG's fork had a commit which forced OSG to use floats instead of doubles in matrices to increase FPS a bit. Linux nightlies are busted again. It links to libMyGuiEngine.so.3.4.1 and libyaml-cpp.so.0.7, but the libs folder only ships libMyGuiEngine.so.3.4.0 and libyaml-cpp.so.0.
