Re: Distant Lands and OpenMW

Thank you for your investigations so far cc9ii. Can you tell if water height is included in Oblivion LOD data? It's determined per cell in Oblivion if I understand correctly, whereas Morrowind has a single pane for the entire worldspace. It will only become necessary to support that for Oblivion, th...

32-bit
64-bit

These ones should contain the necessary VC redist as well, for those that lack it.
For some reason I can't minimize OpenMW in this RC, but I can in the 03-25 nightly. Using Windows 7.

Re: Is there a screenshot button shortcut?

It should be F12 by default. Screenshots will show up in (for Windows) Documents\my games\OpenMW directory.

Re: Is OpenMW playable?

No, the "Path to 1.0" can't be pinned down to a specific timetable when the project is purely volunteer-based. All I can say is that your gameplay experience with 0.46.0 will be much the same as 1.0, as the differences between the two are already extremely small.

Re: Is OpenMW playable?

Yes. Played the game from start to finish in back in 2016. It's completely playable. I noticed some bugs along the way, reported them, and they got fixed. That's generally how OpenMW has progressed over the years. It gets better all the time, and is an extremely viable way to play Morrowind. You nee...
