Re: Deprecating Ubuntu Trusty Builds

Still on Linux Mint 17.1, which I believe is based on Trusty. Currently planning to do an upgrade in Q1 2019 (together with a new machine).

Re: Addon Meta Data: Version

I assume you are referring the the "File Format" field. This is unlikely to be ever manually editable. We may remove this field at some point, because it is kinda useless. Our current plan is to convert content files on loading to the newest file format, which means this field will always ...

Re: Unable to Delete Objects

The keyboard shortcut is indeed not implemented yet. Select the object, then right click on the selection mode button (left toolbar at the bottom) and click on "Delete Selected Instances".

Re: Issue 4440: Merge & Unify right-click lists on toolbar buttons

Sorry for the late reply. The last couple of days have been really busy for me. What I can imagine is a ContextMenu class as subclass of QFrame with QTableWidget* as its member. That sounds about right. Is it appropriate? In case if it is, should I just expose the table via setter/getter (or as publ...

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0

@Capostrophic: To clarify: Of course NPC rendering in the scene is important. However my position on OpenMW-CS is that is still only a tech demo at this stage (some parts more so than others). Therefore the big red alpha warning on startup. The 3D scene in particular is very rough with core features...

Re: Post 1.0 Plans

Clarification: I don't have a strict standpoint in regards to GUI (at least not in this context). Please don't put words in my mouth. Admittedly I don't like the idea of a fully customisable GUI, because I think having a lot of GUI in an immersive 3D RPG is poor game design (we want to do things in ...

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0

Feature is not important enough to restart the RC-process once more. I say just go ahead and add the fix to 0.46.

Re: Issue 4440: Merge & Unify right-click lists on toolbar buttons

The idea behind this was to create a new class for the list and then use this class in the button classes that need it.

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0

I was unable to find the source of the editor problem and right now I don't have time for further investigation. Therefore I have disabled the problematic feature for 0.45.

As far as I can tell we are ready. Please start the RC builds.
