I'm looking forward to trying out the OSG build. Can you believe that I've never played MorrowWind before?

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
This team's integrity, transparency and honesty has always been one of the main reasons I loved being OpenMW's propaganda pawn. Woah, easy tiger. You make it sound like bumping a version number is obfuscating the truth and dishonest. It is neither. Integrity? That has little to do with it. Nobody s...

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
I think the next version number should be 0.90 . This show that OpenMW is actually well playable, because I suspect some people are still waiting for 1.0 because they think OpenMW isn't playable currently. A better way of stating what I was getting at. :) I smell marketing... Maybe it's the aftersh...

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
It was just a suggestion, and a minor one at that. Still, I think you're making up an issue here: Bumping the minor version number from 0.36 to 0.50 makes no sense, where are the other 14 feature releases? Keep in mind that OpenMW is under version control and for someone working through the project ...

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
why not do a more major version number bump to signify this e.g. 0.40 or 0.50? I don't think that version numbers works like that, or at least it shouldn't... Version numbers work however you want them to work. They are completely arbitrary. The main point is to convey some kind of relevant status ...

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
Minor suggestion. Since the OSG merge is a rather big moment for the project, and somewhat signifies entering the home straight in terms of development goals for 1.0 (at least, it enters the horizon), why not do a more major version number bump to signify this e.g. 0.40 or 0.50?

Re: Forget Skywind instead OpenSky
Indeed, that was a lame topic title. You're basically trolling.
Aside from that, a Free game for OpenMW is surely the next step forwards albeit that's a huge undertaking.
