The OpenCS is open source, no crappy EULAs involved.
Its output is yours and you can license it with whatever you like.

Edit: If you ship the engine and CS with your game they remain open source of course.

Well, if Zini's up for it, I don't have the permissions, but this might be overkill.
Changing the author requires a plugin too.

Don't know if it's due to scrawls "shader based MyGUI render"/some Windows bug, something with your installation package or something locally here.
Switch the rendering subsystem to OpenGL from the launcher. DirectX doesn't seem to play well with shader based MyGUI.
