Radiant Story honestly didn't do much for me, and it felt a lot like the Radiant "AI" from Oblivion had been considerably dumbed down with Skyrim. This list sounds reasonable? We'll see.

Better than what I get with a 1050Ti using the Nouveau drivers (because this machine is about as stable as a house of cards otherwise - sheesh, can my next PC actually be more stable?), where I'm lucky to get 10fps outside.

...with a (very likely pre-rendered) trailer that tells us absolutely nothing.

I'd expect a FO4-style playthrough experience (dialogue wheel/voiced player characters and so on). Used to be fairly interested and excited with it, but now it's just meh.

What do you peeps think?

I'm not sure if it should be handled by the engine, but I think lots of people would like it if it were handled by the launcher. Currently, though, it isn't. And the older tools all assume that your plugins are in the same directory (which you can simulate with links and such, but it's a pain). So ...
