I had a quick look. There are a few minor code quality issues that need to be addressed. Apart from that I do not see a reason not to merge.

Two opened widgets will occupy almost the whole screen, what is annoying since we place them as tiles in the main window. There is an issue about placement of newly opened subviews on the tracker (we call them subviews not widgets). So far we failed to do anything about it because of Qt limitations...

More options are nearly always a good thing. But we would want to give the options primarily to the content developers. The advanced panel is just a stopgap solution.

Seems quite a bit of this stuff is already part of OpenMW. Overall we do not strive for parity with MWSE, but if we happen to see some interesting ideas there, there is nothing that stops a developer with a bit of free time to implement them; at least as long as these idea fit into our overall desig...

Seems I missed a bit of an important discussion here. Yes, we do plan to add Lua to OpenMW as a post 1.0 feature, on which we should start working prior to 1.0 so it will be ready when we start to work on OpenMW 1.1 (having a proper scripting language is a requirement for most post-1.0 development)....
