Re: FCC Repeals Net Neutrality.

Super sad right now, also I'm not very informed about the exact laws though - does it mean they can completely block some sites/protocols? Or just slow down the speed? Can they effectively censor stuff?

Re: Bug #4241

At least we know what's going on with the head now and the head tracking bug might be fixed, so that's something. I'll try to check out what you have, hopefully today. I'd really like to figure out why the hands rotate weirdly when you change the relative node for the neck controller - that might le...

Re: ReGoth version 0.4 is released

I love how it's similar to OpenMW with release videos and everything. I'm also keeping my eye on OpenRW, which is however not that active.

Re: 360 degree screenshots?

Taking 360 videos would require pretty powerful PC I suppose, but the result would be great for sure.

BTW my friend from the multiplayer project recently took some very HQ shots on his server, have a look guys: 1, 2, 3.

Re: Creation Club for Skyrim Special Edition

I'm not very informed on the latest matters with Bethesda etc., but generally I am very sad about the way mainstream gaming is going nowadays. I have pretty much taken that TES is dead with ESO and the weird card game they're making. My hopes are now sticking with the open-source community. When we'...

Is that video trying to show why we should or why we shouldn't have post-processing shaders? It looks like the latter.
I fired the settings a little over-the top to compensate for my depressive personality, but anyone could set it according to their preference of course.

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0 Released!

Looking at the road map and the 1.0 progress it says we are only 6% there, or am I looking at it wrong? No no no, it's misleding. There's 65 issues that need to be done for 1.0, but we fixed 136 issues in the recently released version alone. If a 1.0 issue gets tackled by someone, it gets moved to ...

Re: OpenMW 0.44.0

When we're discussing new features, one of the things I'd like to see the most is post-processing shaders. I couldn't help but make a mockup video of what it could look like here. I guess this one is in the further future though, but scrawl has already got it planned in the bugtracker.
