Re: OpenMW 0.42.0

I like the release commentaries as well, a release without them would feel somewhat barren. Not to mention the publicity with 32k and 41k views the last two videos received.

This could actually work really really well, would love to see it in action.

Re: Thoughts on the collision box?

The collision box was replaced with a capsule in the current version (along with other changes to player physics if i remember correctly).

Re: GUI improvements

Heya, good work! Looks like a nice usability addition. It looks to me this could go in before 1.0 as it doesn't alter the vanilla Morrowind experience in any way. But I'm not a project maintainer so someone more qualified can give you a more definite answer.

The last category of Top Level Records is finished, meaning all the editor icons are now done!

Re: New OpenMW-CS Icons

Thank you for your suggestions, but I don't see them working within the limited 16x16 pixels space, combining multiple meanings or adding special line effects. For this particular icon I'm set on having the frog head with a question mark. The frog signifies a creature (thus connecting it to the crea...

Re: New OpenMW-CS Icons

Yup, the dice is too complex for 16x16 pixels and the question mark carries the same basic meaning - you don't know what you'll get. (box of chocolates)

Thank you for the feedback and I'll return once I have more icons to show. There's only one category left :) (but has the most icons)

Re: New OpenMW-CS Icons

Thanks! :)

2-eyed frog is creature type, while 3-eyed frog is leveled creature list. Though seeing it now, it might be better to do it as with the container and add a ? symbol to the frog rather than a third eye.

Re: New OpenMW-CS Icons

Thank you for the replies and links, it's clearer now about the size requirements. For very small sizes, I'd avoid vector icons, at that resolution every pixel matters. 16x16 icons I'm currently making can thus easily be rendered to 32x32 or 64x64. 22x22 would require extra work to tweak each icon, ...
