The first thing to check is the openmw.log fil, it may indicate some script is failing. If it is a script loading the mod in cs and opening the script for editing will open the script at the offending line, or first line if there are more than one error.

Your install method, on linux at least, is not the preferred method on the OpenMW wiki, see https://wiki.openmw.org/index.php?title=Mod_installation . The dorr conflicts with Morrowind Crafting, that spot has a wood trader's stall which would stop you getting in or out by the door.

Tinkers version works perfectly and regeneration is 30 days, otherwise it would take a year to complete the first mages guild quest. It is not available for download anywhere though so you cannot test it.

It should be 30 days. Advanced Herbalism can be a problem mod, depends on which version you use, most are totally or partly broken in vanilla and openmw, there is only one version I know of that works, tinker moded the mod but will never release it due to a dispute here.

It may do in a small range but not if you scale to 0.5 or 2. Height does scale better than weight.

Changing the races height and weight will work OK for naked people but clothing and armour does not scale to fit so you will need create a whole new range of clothes and armours for the new race and using scripts as d2d suggested restrict their use of items to only their race specific ones, and prev...
