What you're seeing is probably a LUA script that someone wrote for a server. It doesn't require the players joining to install an .esp file or anything, really.

Well... maybe. My initial idea for eldritch folks was for them to be indistinguishable from the normal humans, making it a detective game for the player to discover who is eldritch and who is not. In terms of custom creature models that don't even try to look human anymor, they are out of scope, tho...

If you look at Army of Darkness (Hollywoodish medieval), then that's basically the time period I think we're going with.
