I was thinking about foresty area and leave the swamps until we have landscape editing... now we might have landscape editing, though. Might have a small swamp somewhere there.

The LUA stuff seems quite utopian, even so that I am starting to dislike the idea. For me, scripts are simple short code snippets that make simple things happen in the game. Well, this is my opinion. Because the birthsigns are essentially constant spells, The Lady Lover and Steed birthsigns work inconsistently compared to the rest of spells in Morrowind. Having them work consistently as everything else does is a plus in my mind for OpenMW, though it may deviate from van...

In terms of seemingly useless skills on NPCs such as sneak and armor, I think it's mostly there in case they are a trainer. Not having it part of NPC class skills would make training impossible, so I guess that's why NPCs can have skills mechanically useless to themselves? NPCs should definitely use...
