I can't wait to read those docs. I had originally posted this to ask why OpenMW could not create rerouted, sandboxed versions of MWSE functions to maimtain compatiabilty without compromising security. But, nevermind about it (would delete the post, but, that does not seem to be an option).

Thank you for adding the date of each build. It'll be alot easier now to tell when updates happen. It was hard to memorize just the Checksums alone.

While I believe MWSE mods should eventually be made compatible, I think the team should focus on getting the basics done first, for a full base Morrowind experience.
