Re: Anything I can do? Just let me know.

Oh, if you could document how the interface works on the xbox that would be awesome! Like how the inventory screen works and whatnot. I'm working on controller support (on pause for a bit as my computer got fried), and have the controls down but I have no idea how morrowind implemented the mouseless...

Re: Question

There are, however, plenty of tutorials on morrowind modding. Anything that works there works in our engine, you can even use it's "construction set". If you give us a few years well have a much more robust system, but right now opencs isn't finished enough to make an entire game.

Re: Graphics "Scrambled" Beyond Recognition on Linux

Wine is definitively not needed, that's one of the big points of this project.

Re: PSA: Future of MyGUI

I couldn't find a bug tracker for mygui, but the repo version of mygui has a big where the combobox reacts on mousepressed, not mousereleased. Is that bug fixed in the svn version? It's causing me some annoyances (however it caused the creation of the humorously called function EatMouseUp).

Re: Sixaxis controller

I'm actually presently working on controller integration, although it's taking a while (mostly because the xbox controller is a fickle beast, and I'm trying to support every possible configuration). I'm not working on a mouseless interface though, someone who has access to the xbox version of morrow...

Re: Suggestion for the bug tracker

While we're at suggestions for the bug tracker, why aren't openCS bugs/features on a different project then the main openMW project?

Re: Option to Autosave after so many minutes

I personally found that the Knights of the Old Republic games handled autosaving fairly well, they had an autosave if you haven't had one recently enough upon cell change, plus a quicksave and a standard named save system. I would also agree that 5 is a good number of autosaves to keep, although ha...

Re: Option to Autosave after so many minutes

An option to save every X number of minutes on cellchange would probably be the best solution (If not in combat aswell)

An option to save when entering combat/leaving would be fairly easy to implement

Re: C++11

How exactly do I compile it? I ran git clone -b osx-c++11 https://github.com/corristo/openmw.git Then cMake ../ in a build directory However it returned CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:42 (message): Silly Zini forgot to update the version again... I have no idea how to get past this. cmake scares me.

Cell transisition

Hey So every time we switch cells in the world we have that annoying cell loading dialog. While it's short, it's annoying if you're doing something on the boundary and you switch back and forth and whatnot. In morrowind, if i recall correctly, I never even saw the boundary except when I'm moving ver...
