Ok so I'll revert the cycling option and add a new variable as something like mActiveThirdPersonView. Just passing to say how I’m like this new camera mode and to remember that OpenMW has an option to use the mouse scroll to change from 1st to 3rd view. http://openmw.readthedocs.io/en/master/refere...

Ekash Lock Splitter is a ranged spell and no ranged spell works underwater.

MCP has the 4GB patch integrated since 2.3 version. Let's do more tests. You can verify all the mods loaded in your last OpenMW sessions inside the file openmw.log. It will show errors, too. Please confirm if is loaded correctly. I can't see any dialogue mod in your list that can interfere with the delayed ones. Don't get offended but are you sure that you activated the respective check boxes on the left side of the launcher?

I should creat a way to introduce your new topic through the NPC. I suggest that you create an exclusive Greeting with the words of your topic. And that will work. For an introdutory tutoral I suggest Dialogue Challenge by Calislahn. You'll learn how to make your NPC not talk about everything, too. ...

First, open the launcher, go to the fourth tab, e assure that the path to Morrowind is correct.
There is a button named "Run Settings Importer". Reimport and maybe everything will be fixed.
