Given the fact that your previous question was related to tes3mp, I'm going to assume this one is as well, and therefore the reason your console doesn't work is probably that your server has it disabled for your player.

Since a screenshot is worth a 1000 kilobytes I made a couple.
The textures are of the main road between say Balmora and Caldera and cobblestones like the ones in Caldera.

I'd like to thank everyone for their efforts. Sadly, while I don't doubt the commit may have helped the situation, Port Telvannis, which seems to be the worst offender for me, remains unplayable, with physics allocation escalating to over 600 in a few seconds, so I'm hoping there's room for improvem...
