Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
How odd. Your suggestion worked, thanks!

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
Nope, it was on. Toggling off and back on again didn't make it work either.Maybe the AI is disabled (toggleAI console command)?
If you fancy a look: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/550 ... ve.omwsave or of course I can open an issue

Re: OpenMW 0.37.0 (?)
Daft question, maybe, but should I not get attacked by most creatures I bump in to in the wilderness? They just stand there and don't even defend themselves when I hit them (which is virtually impossible, 20-30 hits to get one to make contact). I haven't played for a while, but pretty sure this used...

Re: Smoother cell transitions
Haha, I love issues like these. I encountered an issue at work where some debug code that printed to console not only slowed things down from miliseconds to dozens of seconds... I was sent to a major Malaysian bank once to try and debug a problem they were having with a really old out of support ve...

Re: Should I keep my vanilla vanilla Morrowind around?
I don't know, that's really the question. But if you don't install the bloodmoon patch do you need to install something else (e.g. tribunal patch? or just tribunal itself and that patches the morrowind data?) edit: and what happens on linux if you've used the openmw installer to extract the morrowin...

Re: Should I keep my vanilla vanilla Morrowind around?
I don't think I ever installed any patches on my copy, didn't occured to me when installed it again (just for the data files, hadn't played the original in many years). Can I clarify the correct procedure to obtain the latest patched data for openmw: 1) install morrowind (do not apply any patches) 2...

Re: Do I need to download a new client every patch?
It'd be much nicer to just download a patch to the latest version. You could do this with a proper binary patch tool to go from one version to the next that just gets downloaded and run (a bit like game updates used to be) or something simpler built into the launcher like just downloading changed fi...

Re: OpenMW 0.31.0
It's not a surprise. There is a trend for re-releasing old / classic games from PC and consoles on mobile platforms - it's probably a lot less work than coming up with something new, and old pc games are much better than modern made-for-mobile repetitive puzzle rubbish. I guess Bethesda (if it reall...

Re: OpenMW 0.31.0
I don't get any textures at all with dx on windows 7 (64 bit os, 32bit openmw). I used to have the same problem with the 64 bit version, but 32 used to work. I did report the 64 bit problem ages ago but it was closed without a fix (https://bugs.openmw.org/issues/818).

Re: OpenMW 0.24.0
Got that fixed, try replacing the d3dx9_43.dll file with this one: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/42285956/D3DX9_43-win64.dll (Rename it to match) That one works. Well the game launches at least - there are no textures (there were on 32bit) but that's probably unrelated??? Would attach a scree...
