Re: Creation Club for Skyrim Special Edition

My hopes are now sticking with the open-source community. When we're done with reimplementing the old classics, such as OpenMW, we'll have to move in the direction of our own free content as well as engines and moving away from the proprietary stuff altogether, which is something that today we don'...

Ouch! Hope the destruction won't be too severe...
It's nothing compared to the 2003 and 2007 fires so far.

Fall in Southern California

Yes, it's still "Fall" here. We don't get winter until after the new year.

And while everyone else is enjoying colorful trees and brisk weather, this is what happens here: https://www.reddit.com/r/sandiego/comme ... ow_off_15/

I'd be surprised if shadows weren't done before 0.44 releases, and expect them to be done before the feature freeze. That said, I was also expecting to be finished by now until I wasn't, so something might change.
Fingers crossed!

Re: OpenMW 0.44.0

How exciting!!

What are the chances we can get shadows into 0.44? And if not, what features *can* we get in? Having a bugfix-only release will be a little discouraging.

Weird, yeah something happened. I cleared my cache and reloaded (Chrome) and it comes up just fine. :D
Not just you, it's something to do with the CDN. It happens to me too. Unfortunately (Fortunately?) the benefits of the CDN outweigh the drawbacks.

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0

It looks like we're getting pretty close to release, I imagine the next four days, right? Otherwise we really could use a retrospective news report of 0.44.0 work, even if the release post is only 7 days away. Try to keep up on blog posts for professionalism's sake. https://openmw.org/2017/openmw-0...
