I'll do at least one revision. But maybe there will be a need for a second pass. Afterwards I'll hand it over to scrawl, so he can add his own stuff and make necessary adjustments. Once this is done we make the document public.

Update: I have finished the draft and I am sitting on 77 pages now. I have already noticed several things that need to be improved. Will start the first revision next week. Seems we are still on schedule.

Just a thought. Vanilla MW does not need these settings, which would make them optional. Can we distinguish what is and what is not an optional fallback setting? If the answer is yes, then the solution would be to add a flag to the function for retrieving fall back settings that marks them as option...

Remember that land and land texture records need to be in the same content file; meaning if you modify a cell that was in base it is pulled into modified (automatically). Open the search window, set the type to ID, enter the ID of a topic. The result list will show the topic, including the icon, which apparently matched the icon for topic info in current master. That's not optimal.
