Nature Unification Compilation has been put up on the Nexus for now, while GHF is non-functional. No such luck for the other mods, though.

Speaking of border-line open source projects, the OpenCK project seems like it could be a relevant thing to look at for OpenMW even if it isn't a game engine replacement project (FOSS I'm far less certain where lines are drawn) - at least for OpenMW-CS.

Where would one best comment if some of the descriptions seem off? The one that stood out to me was gemrb, it could use specifying that it is fully playable with some but not all of the games it lists (PST is "roughly completeable", which reading further looks like there's major issues but not ones ...

As OpenMW-CS is, it'd have to be spun on Thunderforge's suggestion of feedback on how the CS is and what can be improved, I think. There just isn't enough elsewise to get more than a few modders yet. That seems somewhat separate - adding other possible conditions to gain a rank seems like it could be useful too, but it doesn't make it possible to have, as an example, rank 6 of a faction be called House Brother as default and House Sister for PCSex == 1. Or did I misunderstand you?
