Please share your openmw.log and settings.cfg. It looks like you're using shaders as well. Does this happen when they are not in use? Does it happen when one in particular is in use? That's a pretty nice find, I always used to be worried if whatever mod I was installing was compatible with openmw but seeing all those there that reportedly work is awesome So many mods that i've never seen.
