yeah thats working i tried that first but thats annoying when i exit the game replaces it to default so i have to rewrite again
btw i would have look at the part which displays this, where can i find it in the source?

I think the oblivion nif support shouldnt be a problem, if the loader fully support morrowind's nif version .
