I tried running openmw on my computer with an Intel HD 620 GPU and the framerate, at least with the default settings, is pretty bad. I want to know if there are any suggestions on settings to change to at least make the game playable (as in more or less steady 60 fps). Thanks!

Hello, is there a way to change the path of the folder that holds the configuration and the save files. I'm talking about:

C:\Users\<me>\Documents\My Games\OpenMW

I was looking for a command line argument but I've seen nothing regarding this.

I suspected my race was stored in some script variable, and yes, that's the case. The solution was to:

set pcrace to 2

Where 2 is the id number of Bretons.

I made an Altmer and I used player->enableracemenu to change to a Breton. This seems to have worked for the most part, but in random chatter (i.e. those sentences NPCs say when you are around them) they still call me an Altmer.
