The .nomedia file is automatically created by the android port when you select game files; though it doesn't always seem to work according to the reports I get (either that or people are still using the super old version).

I need help with installing graphical mods for OpenMW on Android. I'm using the 0.46.0 update from Google play store. I tried adding Graphic Herbalism to it by going into the OpenMW.cfg file, and adding data=(filepath). I launched OpenMW, but it didn't use Graphic Herbalism. Has anyone successfully...

The touch controls are basically android widgets laid over over the opengl rendering context; written in kotlin using Android APIs. Unfortunately it also means that there's not a lot of code that could be reused for other platforms.
