K, I fixed the problem. Solution was simple - I updated my GPU drivers. Silly me

OpenMw 0.43 Missing textures and low fps
So I installed 64-bit Windows version of OpenMW, pointed it to the game folder, imported morrowind.ini settings and set the (probably correct?) load order (Tribunal first, Bloodmoon second). Erm, can someone explain this? I can reproduce this, and show my system specs if needed. http://imgur.com/MLN...
