Re: Strange polygons around player model
This is due to some kind of missing resource error. I have attached an example of a picture that shows what the engine is trying to display. To get a better understanding of what the issue is, you should reply with a copy of your openmw log file ST ps the log file is found in windows -> C:\Users\**...

Strange polygons around player model
OpenMW version 0.46.0 Revision 0abcb54f51 Recently re-installed OpenMW in my Manjaro Linux 20.2.1 after not playing for a while, when loading my save my player model is surrounded by these odd transparent polygons. Pictures attached. I have disabled any plugins/mods, just Bloodmoon & Tribunal en...

Is this 'normal' Morrowind enemy behaviour?
Hi all, I played Morrowind when it first came out many moons ago and recently I have been playing through it once again but using OpenMW as the engine. There have been a few situations where enemy behaviour seems oddly ridiculous. * If I cannot be bothered to fight every little creature from one pla...

Re: Rock textures all white? Like snow?
Really now. I've never heard any complains about fake bump mapped trees in MGSO, but what do you know, apparently there are such trees. Anyone else have any idea what tree mod is included in MGSO that uses the MCP bump map method? Thanks for all your help Lysol, but I guess nobody knows how to fix ...

Re: Rock textures all white? Like snow?
Well I basically have the stock Morrowind Graphic Overhaul mod installed, and _nothing_ else. I don't know if that helps, or whether you need me to find a list of everything that entails. Let me know. Thx.

Re: Rock textures all white? Like snow?
I'm so sorry I still need some help, I tried to follow the guide and made sure I renamed all the _nm.dds files to _n.dds by using the dos command: ren *_nm.dds *_n.dds inside each specific texture folder. But without knowing the root cause mod, it is very hard for me to find a definitive fix. I have...

Re: Rock textures all white? Like snow?
Okay, now one more little question... Could you point me in the direction of how to fix the white trees around coastal areas? Must be another MGO mod I have.

Re: Rock textures all white? Like snow?
Thanks guys. I thought that I had tried without mods honestly, I only selected the main large data files in the launcher and unticked the rest. Maybe the rock mod wasn't in an ESP or something then I dunno. Thx for the help.

Rock textures all white? Like snow?
I don't think rocks are meant to look like this:
Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tested with only Morrowind/Tribunal/Bloodmoon data files without mods. Maybe it is a setting imported from my morrowind ini. I have a GTX 1070.
Thx for any help,
