Re: Creation Club for Skyrim Special Edition

Either CC is gonna fail hard or Bethesda will enforce paid mods further. Since they treat free mods as "automatically our property so we can do whatever we want with them" as it was shown in F4 with their plagiarism of Autumn Leaves, it isn't that farfetched that they could try to DMCA TE...

Re: Shadows

It's a professional mailing list using people's real names and they encode the passwords in cleartext? If you're going to be that much of a dick about using one's real name, maybe you should put that effort into looking after your users' data instead.

Re: SSDs and textures

So, just to clarify, you're suggesting that I install the original game (in this case, from GOG) to my SSD, but OpenMW itself can be installed and run from my conventional hard drive? If I have my mod folders on the SSD as well (which have a lot of loose files), then the game will load faster and th...

SSDs and textures

I have two questions for now. 1) If I want OpenMW to take advantage of my SSD, what needs to be installed on my SSD? is it just OpenMW itself or do I need the original game installed on my SSD as well? What about my various mod files? 2) I understand that the latest loaded mod file overwrites any fi...
