Odd, I assumed that this was related to the sync problem with potions. Thanks, I will look into it and submit a bug tracker. I have some mods that effect potion weight and I will check those too.

It may be your OS that's causing this. Why don't you just change the key binding for the console? That's one of the advantages of OpenMW. (Why did you assume that you need to press the "F1" key? A bit confusing.) I read that "F1" was the default here: https://forum.openmw.org/vi...
