Re: OpenMW 0.46.0

For me, the Linux version does not work fine. I am getting severe graphical glitches with the water. I'll post a picture later. Also, I got an error with a special character in a mod name that hadn't occurred before. The launcher simply crashes when encountering the character "ò" in a file name. I h...

Re: Portals to interiors (post 2.0 feature)

I've been hoping for this feature ever since interior cell preloading was implemented by Scrawl. Wouldn't have called them Portals, though, because I haven't played Portal. :D Seeing it in action in the video, I'm thinking that you can't implement this feature without giving the NPCs the ability to ...

Sounds like you've got some prior knowledge or had some prior discussion about this. I meant Bullet and maybe also OSG. There was a discussion about it, but it wa...

Re: Very low FPS

I know there were some recent performance improvements in the nightlies, you might try those. I thought, I had read that the nightlies were less performant, though that might have only applied to Ubuntu nightlies. Interesting, what performance improvement did they implement? :) But running on integ...

Nexusmods account re-validation

The Nexus mods site has decided to require accounts to be re-validated once a user hasn't logged in for 6 months. I currently have very little time to dedicate to video games but Nexusmods is a site that I was almost guaranteed to return to. Now, I registered my account easily more than ten years ag...

Re: Animation bug?

Some mods have collision-less versions of furniture for such purpose, with separate meshes without collisions. Would it be feasible to add an option in the Editor and in the console to disable the collisions for a static object or NPC? That would make these mods easily fixable and you would not nee...

Re: Fog shader?

The fog shader might be another awesome addition to 0.46 or later. I'm hoping that it's getting merged sometime as something that you could turn on and off in the ini/launcher/or in-game.
