Re: Resolution Quality
@Chris That makes sense, but I suppose that's an implementation I will have to wait for? I've been playing this game called Redout and there are two settings of interest -- Screen Resolution, and Resolution Quality. I have resolution set to native, but I have resolution quality set to 60%. It looks ...

Resolution Quality
Hi, I've been trying to play OpenMW at a lower resolution so that it runs faster, but there's a bug that prevents me from playing it like that permanently. My monitor is 1680x1050, and I've tried to set it to 1280x800. It works -- or at least for while I'm playing the game. Once I quit and open Open...

Re: Inclusion of android port to F-Droid
From my point of view, the reason the android port of OpenMW isn't consistently maintained, is partially because its existence isn't known very well. Part of getting traction is having easy accessibility. I'd used OpenMW for 2 years before even knowing there was an Android port -- and this was while...

Some much needed alone time. Spent it watching DS9. Best celebration of a false god ever.

Re: OpenMW 0.45.0
6. When bound item spell expires, a replacement is equipped Ah, this is a great one! I noticed this about a year ago when I first started using conjuration quite heavily, it was annoying to have to re-equip a weapon after the spell timed out, despite the conjuration description saying that equipped...

Re: The only way to replace Vanilla Engine (IMHO)
I have actually spent ~13 hours today making sure that everything in my post is as perfect as I can possibly make it and that I do not accidentally offend anyone. Whilst it's not for me to tell you what to do with your time, you might consider 13 hours writing a rather unhelpful forum post designed...

Re: Water Shader turns into a pixelated mess
Well... this is weird. Just tested on Windows 7 and Solus + FOSS drivers, and I was completely unable to recreate the pixelization bug. I have no idea what happened, but it seems the issue on my end was resolved at some point.

Re: Water Shader turns into a pixelated mess
Hmm, I'd always thought this was regular behavior and that the shader simply required refining.
However, this has always happened with me as well. My tower is an i7-3770 CPU with integrated Intel graphics.

Re: You guys are awesome <3
Well, I'd like to chime in on this anti-negativity positivity post as well and say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you guys for allowing me to play one of my favourite games of all time! Unfettered by the limitations of old hardware and buggy, closed software; my experience with Morrowind has so...
